Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, we have made some changes to the way we are working in order to help manage the outbreak.
We already have very high standards of hygiene in practice, but we have added some additional measures and protocols to help keep you and our staff safe.
Before Your Appointment
Clients may only visit the practice if they have an appointment. This includes eye examinations and contact lens appointments as well as spectacle/contact lens collections and spectacle repairs.
Please do not visit the practice if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have come into contact with anyone with Covid-19 in the past 14 days.
Please attend the practice alone. We will of course welcome carers who may need to assist you, and for children under 16 we will allow one accompanying parent or guardian.
On The Day Of Your Appointment
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Please do not attend early as the practice door will be locked on your arrival.
We ask that you wear a face mask/covering when inside the practice. If you arrive without a face mask, you will be provided with one.
Please use the hand sanitiser on entering the practice.
We ask that you only bring essential items with you to your appointment.
If you are experiencing any of the following Covid-19 symptoms:
High temperature or fever
New continuous cough
Loss or change of sense of smell or taste
Please inform us of this and do not come to the practice, your appointment will be rescheduled. We advise that you stay at home and follow NHS guidance.
